The latest edition of the Squamish Select Guidebook has grown by over 100 pages and 700 new routes. Limited to the Squamish, this guidebook provides a select choice of the greatest Sport and Trad climbing around. The new guidebook has improved multi-pitch route topos, as well as including GPS waypoints for parking lots and trailheads for ease of use.
New crag additions include: Gonzales Creek Wall, Above and Beyond, Top Shelf, Longhouse, New Smoke Bluffs crags (Free and Easy, etc.), new Murrin Park crags (Commonwealth, Splitsville. etc.), Powerhouse Spring Rd, Rampage Rock, Neverland, Highlander, Debeck’s Hill, Paradise Valley, Pillary, Electric Avenue, Monastery, Rock of Ages, Outpost, and the Trestle, as well as new multi-pitch climbs on the Chief especially on the Prow Wall and North Walls.

About the Author
Marc Bourdon has called Squamish home for more than 20 years, and first developed an interest in producing guidebooks through his former business, Squamish Rock Guides, which he operated for over 10 years. Marc loves the process of researching and documenting the activities he loves, and this led to the development of local guidebooks highlighting the fantastic climbing, skiing, trail running, mountain biking and hiking opportunities in this part of BC.
Marc shares these passions with his wife Pamela and daughter Elise. Together they’ve traveled extensively with memorable trips to Spain, Greece and Turkey being some of their fondest.
